Terms of Service for Luxeon

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Luxeon ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). Luxeon is an AI-powered creative visual tool that provides features including image stylization, AI dance, virtual try-on (clothing and face swap), and image-to-video generation.

By downloading, accessing, or using Luxeon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Luxeon. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. The App is not intended for users under the age of 13.

3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or generate using Luxeon ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the App's services (including AI processing). You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Luxeon for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

Generating content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Creating deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
Uploading content depicting violence, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or harassment.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the App's source code.
Interfering with the App's security or functionality.
Using the App to impersonate others without consent.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these prohibitions.

6. Intellectual Property
Luxeon, including its name, logo, software, algorithms, and user interface, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without prior written permission. The output generated by the AI features is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

7. Privacy
Your use of Luxeon is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to such data processing as described in the Privacy Policy. We may collect data related to your usage to improve the AI models, but we will not share your personal content without your consent.

8. Disclaimers
Luxeon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended results. You use the App at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for the accuracy, quality, or legality of User Content or AI-generated outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxeon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App in the past 12 months.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Luxeon at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 11 will survive termination.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luxeon operates (as determined by us), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or via email. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

14. AI Feature Notices
14.1 Image Stylization
The AI may produce stylized outputs that differ from your input. You are responsible for ensuring the input content does not contain sensitive or copyrighted material.
Outputs may be shared with other users for model improvement unless you opt out (if applicable).
14.2 AI Dance
This feature uses AI to generate dance movements based on input images or videos. The generated content is for entertainment purposes only and may not be medically or physically accurate.
You must not use this feature to create content that misrepresents a person's actions or intentions.
14.3 Virtual Try-On (Clothing and Face Swap)
The clothing try-on and face swap features are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Do not use them to impersonate others without explicit consent.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or realism of the generated results. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs.
14.4 Image-to-Video Generation
This feature converts static images into short videos using AI. The resulting videos may contain artifacts or unintended changes.
You must not use this feature to create misleading or deceptive content, including fake news or fraudulent media.
General AI Notice
AI models are trained on large datasets and may reflect biases present in those datasets. We strive to minimize harmful outputs but cannot guarantee perfection.
We may collect anonymized usage data to improve AI performance, but we will not store your original content beyond what is necessary for processing.
